Sculptural furniture making class with Ross Annels

Explore the expressive side of furniture making. We will draw, stack-laminate, carve, bend, cooper, turn, join, burn, and paint to achieve sculptural forms that also serve a functional purpose. In the class we will begin building either a small table or a seating form. You will need to set aside studio time of your own to complete your project. This class is an introduction to a range of advanced techniques for creating and joining sculptural furniture elements.
